Payments

Payments can be made securely through PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please note that personal checks and cash checks are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may request an order cancellation within two days of placing their order. To submit a cancellation request, please contact the Braford Leather customer support team.

Orders that have already been dispatched or have reached the destination country's customs facility cannot be canceled. In such cases, customers must accept delivery of the package and follow our return process if they wish to return the item.

All prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to ensure that all information displayed on our website is accurate, errors may occasionally occur and will be corrected when identified.

If a pricing or product information error is discovered, it may be corrected at the time of purchase or clarified by a Braford Leather customer support representative.

We reserve the right not to provide a product at an incorrect price if the pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognized as a mistake, even if an order confirmation or shipping confirmation has already been issued.
