Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can be requested within two days of order placement on pellepelleshop.com. Customers should contact our Pelle Pelle support team for cancellation requests. If the order has already been dispatched or has arrived at your country’s customs, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the only option is to accept the parcel and return it to us.
